"Terrible app although Streamline taxi drivers are very friendly and nice. App takes taxi bookings even when Streamlined are fully booked! What a joke. Have twice been left waiting more than 30 minutes despite having pre booked a taxi because there weren't enough taxis available. Would suggest abandoning the app and instead ringing to book a taxi to see whether one is actually available or not."

"Prebooked a taxi 4 days in advance that never arrived, phoned up to ask where it was and was told that it wouldn't be available until an hour and a half after I booked it, and that I should have phoned direct instead of using their own app. Zero communication was had been these two points."

I booked and it said average wait was 19 mins I thought that's fine and booked then half hour later got a text saying there was a delay okay bit late but still okay and hour a 14 minutes later I had to ring them cos it was still only saying booking confirmed only to be told there was no chance of a car for well over and hour from then and that just the start of all it"
